In September 2015, the contest for rayon community resource centers - partners of the joint EU/UNDP “Community Based Approach to Local Development” (CBA) project was ended. More than 100 application forms were sent for participation in the contest. Only those resource centers participated in the contest, which had not been supported by the Project before..

Both local authorities and Project representatives became members of the evaluation committee. Resource centers were evaluated by 20 criteria, including: results for the last year, presence of accommodation, assignment of staffing position, center activities and efficiency and other. As a result, 63 centers in 24 regions were selected. They are 2 to 3 centers in each region. These centers are provided with procurement of office equipment at the amount of UAH 22,000.

Read more ...Joint EU/UNDP Project "Community Based Approach to Local Development” has signed Partnership agreement with the city of Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Nadvirna became one more city in the region, which will participate on the terms of co-funding in CBA project activities aimed at support of ACMHs development, organization and completion of partial capital repairs of co-owners multi-apartment houses. Altogether, in Ivano-Frankivsk region with the Project will be cooperating, as partners, two cities – Kolomyja and Nadvirna.
