On August 23, 2011, a press conference on the results of rayon selection for CBA-II was held in Kherson Oblast State Administration. The event was attended by representatives of the leading mass media in the region.

Resulting the rayon selection meeting, which took place on August 16, 2011 at the Project Head Office, following 8 rayons will participate in CBA Project – Beryslavsky, Velykooleksandrivsky, Verhnyorohachytsky, Novovorontsovsky, Nyzhnosirohozky, Gornostaivsky, Novotroyitsky, Goloprystansk. Out of them, 4 rayons had been CBA-I partners since 2008, and the other four are new.

In 2011, a high level of activity among rayons in the oblast was observed. Out of the 18 rayons, 16 applied for participation in CBA-II (in 2008 they were only 9). This estifies to the increased the increased confidence and popularity of the CBA methodology.
